Shipping policy
Most orders received by 11:00 AM Central time Monday-Friday will normally be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday may be shipped on Saturday or Monday at the latest.
We ship USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage or UPS depending on what is most efficient for your order weight/location. If you prefer a specific method, there may be additional charges. If you desire express or overnight services, please contact us at 816-640-2770. This will result in increased shipping fees.
All packages are insured.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees to and from the store.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that it is very important to provide the correct address. Please double check your billing and shipping information. If we are given an incorrect address and incur fees because of it, we will have to pass the added fees along to the customer.
Missing/Stolen packages: In the rare instance when your package shows delivered by the carrier to the address you provided and it is missing/stolen, it may not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please note because of this, we are unable to provide an instore credit or refund.
