Refund policy

Attention: Before placing your order, please review that sizing and colors are correct and that you are certain of your selection(s). Once you submit your order it is considered a confirmed purchase. If you are able to speak with us before your order is shipped, we can exchange the item or offer a store credit. However, we are unable to offer a refund. Please read the following return policy. 

We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase upon arrival! If you should need to make an adjustment, please note our return policy.

Items may be returned within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or in-store credit/gift card only. We are not able to issue credit card refunds. Sales are final (not returnable) on items purchased on Sale as well as all jewelry items. Please call (816-640-2770) or email (contactus@missouribluffs.com) to receive authorization for your return. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received with tags intact and in unworn, brand new, condition.

Please use a carrier of your choice when returning an item(s). We recommend that you insure the items to protect against loss/damage. If you choose not to insure the package we cannot be responsible in the case of loss or damage. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please confirm that your shipping address is accurate since we will have to pass along additional fees we are billed due to incorrect address information.

Missing/Stolen packages: All packages are insured, however, in the rare instance when your package shows delivered by the carrier to the address you provided and it is missing/stolen, it may not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please note because of this, we may not be able to provide a replacement or instore credit. 

We are happy to assist you with measurements, send additional photos and answer any questions so that you can find the perfect item! Our store hours are Central time: Mon thru Fri 11-5, Sat 10-5, and Sun 12- at least 4.
